Eligibility
Only RECENT ORIGINAL 2D works including, but not limited to: printmaking, painting and drawing (no photography, please). Work must have been completed within the past two years.
Awards
1st place - $1,500
2nd place - $500
3rd place - $250.
Selections made at the juror's discretion.
Entry submission format
JPEG images must be clear, professionally presented, and accurately represent the work. If work arrives that is different than the submission the organizers reserve the right to refuse it.
Please use the JPEG format where the largest dimension (length or width) should not exceed 1000 pixels and please set the image resolution at 72 dpi. Each image should be named as follows:
Please list all included works on or in the CD case with number as on the hard copy entry form, artist’s name, and title of work, media and dimensions. Hard copies to be included: 8.5”x11” printouts of each of the works submitted. Please do not send fancy binders or bulky cases. CDs will not be returned.

Entry Fee
A fee of $30 (non-refundable) must accompany application form. The entry fee entitles one artist to submit up to 3 works for consideration.
Accepted Work
All artwork must be for sale. Accepted work must be wired and ready to hang. After work has been accepted, a substitution cannot be made, nor a change in the sales price or title as stated on the application. Artwork must remain in the gallery for the entire exhibition. No early withdrawals.
Juror Background
Neil Bender was born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, and currently lives and works in Tampa, Florida, where is Associate Professor of Painting and Drawing at USF. His work has been shown nationally and internationally, at the Boston Center for the Arts, the CUE Art Foundation in New York, the Atlanta Contemporary Art Center, Saltworks Gallery, and many other venues. He has shown at Scope Art Fairs in New York and Miami, as well as two CircaPR International Fairs in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He received the Joan Mitchell Foundation Grant after getting his MFA from the University of Georgia, and has attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and Vermont Studio Center. His work has been featured in two Southern editions of New American Paintings and reviewed in Art Papers.

Submitting an entry to The Juried Art Show 2011 constitutes an agreement with all conditions, and releases officers, employees and representatives from any and all claims, which may occur by reason of loss or damage to said work of art while in possession or control of this show. Central Art Supply Company and The Studio@620 assume the right to photograph all accepted work for promotion of the show or catalog only.
Sales Promotions:
Upon selection, your work will be represented at The Studio@620 and remain so for the duration of the show. The Studio@620 is committed to the sale of artwork. The Studio@620 will receive 30% commission on sales directly attributed to the show.
